Antoine Frem Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
|
Antoine Frem is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Interstate Resources, Inc. Mr. Frem is a Lebanese citizen with forty years of experience in the Packaging and Paper Board industry. He possesses a wide exposure to the Corrugated, Flexible Packaging, and Consumer products businesses, both in the United States and internationally.
Interstate Resources is an affiliate of Industrial Development Company (INDEVCO), which is headquartered in Lebanon. INDEVCO is a group of manufacturing enterprises, specializing in the manufacturing of paperboard, corrugated cartons, PE flexible packaging, and consumer disposable products. INDEVCO operates plants in Egypt, England, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and the United States.

Neemat Frem is a Board Member of Interstate Resources, Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Industrial Development Company (INDEVCO). Mr. Frem is responsible for managing over 30 plastic, paper, corrugated, tissue, and disposable products manufacturing plants in the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S., as well as 20 commercial companies worldwide.
Interstate Resources is an affiliate of INDEVCO, which is headquartered in Lebanon.

Fares Korkmaz
|
Since 2005, Fares Korkmaz has served on the Board of Directors and as an Executive Committee Member at Interstate Resources, Inc. Moreover, since 2008, Mr. Korkmaz has been the Chairman of the Audit Committee at Interstate Resources.
In conjunction with the late Georges Frem, he has been involved at Interstate Resources since its inception, including the due diligence phase in late 1981 and the ensuing acquisition by INDEVCO in June 1982.
Mr. Korkmaz was President and Acting Chief Executive Officer of Interstate Resources from 1986 through 1992.

Mr. Korkmaz held different executive positions, mainly in Business Development, at the parent company, INDEVCO, since he joined in August 1978.
Mr. Korkmaz holds an MS in Electronic and Computer Engineering from ESIB / St. Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon. Additionally, he holds an MBA from INSEAD / European Institute of Business Administration in Fontainebleau, France.

Charles Feghali
|
Charles Feghali is the Managing Director of Interstate Resources, Inc. From 1995 to 2007, Mr. Feghali served as the President of Interstate Resources. During his 28 years in the paper and packaging industry, he has held various positions with Interstate Resources and its parent company, INDEVCO.
Currently, Mr. Feghali is managing the construction of Evergreen Community Power (ECP), a unique state-of-the-art energy facility in Reading, PA. ECP will produce 300,000 lbs per hour of high pressure steam, using environmentally friendly circulating fluidized bed combustion technology, and will generate up to 30 MW of power - all from solid materials that are presently sent to landfills (primarily wood waste/biomass).

Before joining Interstate Resources’ parent company, INDEVCO, Mr. Feghali worked for Procter & Gamble, the University of Cincinnati, and Bechtel, Inc.
Mr. Feghali currently serves on the following corporate boards:

- International Corrugated Case Association (ICCA): Board of Directors Member
- St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital: Professional Advisory Board Member
Mr. Feghali earned a Masters in Construction Engineering and Management from Stanford University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. He is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program of Harvard Business School.

Ramez Skaff Board of Directors Secretary

Ramez Skaff is the Executive Treasurer and Director of Interstate Resources, Inc. Dr. Skaff manages the Legal, Benefits, Treasury, and Risk Management Departments of the company. Additionally, he serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors.
Dr. Skaff has worked for INDEVCO Group since the early 1980’s. Before moving to Interstate Resources, he was Group Controller for the INDEVCO Saudi Joint Venture. He has 30 years of experience in the paper and packaging industry.
Before joining INDEVCO Group, Dr. Skaff held several executive positions at the World Bank. Dr. Skaff also serves on the Board of American Friends of Al Younbouh, SESOBEL, Georges N. Frem Foundation, and American Fidelity.

Dr. Skaff holds a PhD in Economics, an MS in Mathematics and Economics from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, and a BA in Mathematics from Loyola College in Baltimore, MD.

Pauli Hämäläinen
|
Pauli Hämäläinen, a Senior Family Advisor to the Frem Family of Lebanon, has been a member of the Board of Directors of Interstate Resources, Inc. since 1996. He has over 45 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hämäläinen has held positions of trust. He is the proud recipient of the ‘Suomen Leijonan Kunnianerkki’ Award, presented by the President of Finland.

Ron Bosrock joined the Board of Directors at Interstate Resources, Inc. in May 2009. He is the founder of Bosrock & Company.
Throughout his career, Prof. Bosrock has traveled extensively around the world, assisting U.S. businesses in developing and implementing their strategic plans to expand their markets.
